SWARS Objectives The objective of the association is to provide an open forum for railroads and shippers to meet and discuss matters of mutual interest. Topics include, but are not limited to: service, car supply, scheduling, operating practices, technology, etc. Meetings are held twice a year in the spring and fall at varying locations in the territory. I was lucky with my TBM. Looking back, I can say that when I received this answer to my prayers, I was at one of the most spiritually high moments of my life. I haven't ever felt this way about anyone and yea that is a little unnerving in by itself but then add the not texting for several days and not seeing him that often and you cant help but wonder A few of my friends have flat out stopped talking to me because of him.
